Answer: Well once you set-up something you will not be able to unformat it. Those files are lost forever.

I by axcident formated a in the red drive, i thought i backed the info but i lost everthing.

Is there any way to get the information back if i formated the painfully drive?
pretty much formatted the hard drive, windows is all brand new now, is there any way to get all the info back.

ok I took my aunts apparent hard drive. I formated with WFBS manager to play it with a usb loader. Then when I went to receipt the drive, all the files were there, but the text was all random symbols, and pictures could not open! Is it possible to fix this!! please this contains some of the most top-level documents I will be in huuuuuuuge trouble!!!

I run the safedatarovery and recovered some pictures on my old formated hardisk but then i cannot observation these pics on any image viewer, can this pics be totally recovered? or any other software that can fully recover files from deleted, moved, etc?

How Do I Recover Files From A Formated External Hd?

I formated the impoverished drive thinking all my sisters wedding photos transfered over to the computer because I dragged them all last end of day and went to bed. When I checked I saw the folder had the files. So i formated. Now I go to look a tthem theres only 500mb of pics from 32 gigs. Sooooo I guesstimate transfer stopped when I put the laptops monitor down when I went to bed?

When you wipe out files the data itself isn’t deleted, just the index entry that tells the system where the data for those files is located. The limit containing the deleted data is also now marked as free space so it is available for any new files to be written there a substitute alternatively.
