in win XP i encrypte one folder to collateralize data after that i reinstall my windows xp
right now i can't open the files

| Answer: The key to the files is tied to a proper to key that is tied to a specific user account. It is randomely generated, IE, if you reinstall and use the same username/shibboleth it will generate a different key than last time. So, your files are just gone, no way around it.
