I burned some data onto dvd's using Windows Vista but the dvd's won't occupation in Windows XP. It did mention that this might happen, but any idea how I can get the data off using XP?
I progressive my dvd in the drive overnight, the next morning I woke up, my disk was empty. When I physically look at the disk I can see that there is info on there. This DVD has everything on it! I am wonderful bummed! This has never happened before.

While I was recording with my Sony Handycam one day, it got knocked out of my jurisdiction and hit the ground hard enough to knock the mini-DVD loose. It didn't get finalized before I opened the door, therefore, and it says there was no recovered gen. I tried to finalize it as recommeded but now it gives me an error telling me that it was not finalized well. Is there any way of recovering that data or should I give it up for lost?

i have burned some data in a dvd using the non-performance dvd writer of windows vista selecting the live season.after that there were about 3 gb of free spaciousness in the dvd.then i write some more data using the ashampoo burning studio(ver 9) on the same dvd.but after doing that i have not been competent to access the previous data which were burned using windows vista default novelist.is it possible to recover the data?

i m using acer 4920g and I've created its backup on a dvd. But now the dvd is all scratched up and i tried isohunter, CDcheck, nero 10 but all in haughty so kindly help. How can i recover all the data?
