Please Someone Help Me,?

Please Someone Nick Me,Please I am in very desperate situation.

My problem is that i lost my important data,my hard work of 5 years,so now
I am felling very uneasy and try to return to health but all in vain.Actually i am
facing some problems in my disk and i mislead the concept and wipe it with
Acronis Disk Headman Suite 10,now I used almost every software available
on internet but no one able to return my lost data.

Answer: Try a system pay it's your only hope. Go to start>all programs>accessroies> system tools> system restore.Set a date you hunger to "turn back time to" and make sure that date is before you irreclaimable your data. Once you press ok and go through the process your computer will restart and if it is successful a message will appear after booting giving away the whole show you so. I be to uninstall some applications that are cluttered in my computer but I don't know what I need. Can someone just look over my catalogue and tell me what to get rid of?

Answer: Well, uninstall these programs at your own imperil, but here's a list of the things that I would get rid of:

"bad File Record Signature" From Partition Magic Chkdsk /f In Recovery Console Reports Unrecoverable Errors

Its happened to 2 sata ntfs 750gb drives and i dont separate why (maybe overheating or bad psu?) data recovery software works but needs 3 days to copy each proceed!

Is there a quicker way to restore the drives?Is it the mft or boot sector or the partition table?Which is solid to restore or rebuild without losing the chance to do a slow data recovery if all else fails?

What about trying Norton Disk Doctor at reboot?Can Spinrite fix this?what about Cell Table Doctor

Answer: As you do not have a backup the considerable thing to do would be to wait it out. But if you can not afford to do this spinrite is your only other option I can find.

If it was fixed before however it could simply be the allotment table giving an incorrect reading because it is damaged in some way. Try fixing it with Disk Internals.

Can Employers Deny Doctors Excuse And Fire You?

I had a car disaster on the way home from work just 2 weeks ago. My doctor took me out of work immediately due to neck and back injuries and a shifted pelvis. I am currently being treated by my pcp, an orthopedic, and natural therapy 3 days a week. I am currently covered under short term unfitness. They call me everyday asking for updates and I have been compliant and doing my part. They tell me that the doctor's diagnoses are not enough and they are present to soon require me to return to work.

Answer: Dr's note is all you want. Sit tight and if they sack you you'll be able to sue! Have a chat to your doctor and see what he says also go to citizen's advise office and get as much info as possible so you're confident in your argument when they try it on!
