Recovering Data?

I have a outer harddrive when i click on it on my computer windows tells me i need to format it. is their anyway i can recover all the data i have on the tour?

Answer: I had a like problem about a month ago, I used this bootable CD that worked awesome. I was able to spare all of my clients quickbooks data and now they are in debt to me forever :)

Is there a way to get back on one's feet lost data which mysteriously just got deleted from ones PC. . .

My cobber told me professionals can recover data even if the hard drive has been smashed to pieces...what do you ponder?

Answer: take ur callous disk out
take a hammer and a saw
first beat the hard disk so that it breaks
then cut it into pieces
then congregation them all and send them to a professional
and chek whether they can recover the data.
also please dont take backup of your hard disk before u do all these things.

It wont go to the dominant menu. and when it says recovering data it gets to 100% and restarts.

But first try to go to a nearby Gamestop store, and ask them what the unmanageable is, and how to fix it. I bet the operating system got damaged, and that's why.
