How To Recover The Invisible Partition & The Data In That Partition?

I am using Windows XP. While using Partition Fascination, i lost a partition (FAT32). I can see the partition displayed in the Partition Magic - but in different format (Xenix Register).But, the partition is not displayed in "My Computer". It is invisible. How can i recover that partition and at the same time, can i able to recover my data in that partition?

While using Partition Bewitchment, there was a power failure and i lost a partition. It is invisible in the My Computer window. How can i recover that partition?

Answer: in my encase this thing worked .i dont know will it work for you or not.

1. i had windows 7 setup dvd

2.scarcely insert dvd and resume through the setup process till you go the screen where it displays all the convenient partitions.

3.that,s it .abort setup and remove dvd.boot normally from your hard disk.

your partition is recovered.

i tempered to gparted in ubuntu .i dont know what the hell would have happened with partition

I use an old IBM T42 laptop (ancestry) but I just deleted the recover partition for a long time ago. I have a full set of recovery CD, but two CDs in my set is broken. How can I recover my OS? Plz help

Answer: If you can corroborate to Lenovo that you are a valid owner of the former IBM ThinkPad T42, I believe Lenovo can send you new restoration CDs. If not, you can buy Windows XP and download all the drivers from Lenovo's website.

How Do I Recover Deleted Partition?

Ok So my HD crashed and took a whole clutch of stuff with it. When I reinstalled Windows 7 on another HD, it used my original HD as some sort of boot partition and installed a new partition on top of the old one. Is there a software that can go to recover the old deleted partition?

Answer: You cant. Thats it, it's adventures.

Unless of course you're some NSA cybercrime technician who can read machine code and only break the HDD that way...otherwise your SOL

I have a Compaq Presario V2000 laptop and while reinstalling Windows XP onto it, I accidentally deleted a partition (the one that one would most often install their operating system into). I believe I used to have a C and a D drive before but now my hard goad is labeled as "E drive" and my CD drive is a D drive. How can I recover my partition back? As far as the wireless.. I have in mind that it should work when you reload the software. Wireless devices usually need to be setup with drivers for them to serve correctly.
