How To Recover My Hard Drive Data?

Ok...My laptop is not starting anymore...it seems its moving spirit span has expired. It wont turn on as it always starts beeping and tells me ineluctable hardware or software error and shuts off. I have bought a new one but I need to know how can I recover my data from the hard drive of the before-mentioned laptop?

Answer: If your new laptop allows you to add a in the second place hard drive and you can remove the old drive from the old laptop, then add it to the new laptop. Turn on the laptop and go into Windows (assuming that's what you're uninterrupted), go to "My Computer", or "Computer" if it's Windows 7, and you should see the new drive. You can then pull off whatever data you deprivation and then remove the drive, or just keep the second drive for data storage.
 
 

Is There A Way To Recover All Hard Drive Data Off A Laptop?

My bunk-mate's laptop was stolen and recovered within a few hours, but everything was already deleted off it including windows vista, thousands of music and hundreds of pics. The hijacker already installed windows xp. Is there ANY possible way to recover all the data from the hard drive?

Answer: the theif had to scrubbed and format the hard drive before installing xp so im afraid that the data is most likely lost.

my hard drive seems to have failed. i miss to restore image files.

Answer: Unfortunately this could fetch thousands if the drive is really badly damaged and you want to be sure of recovering data. I had a lay of the land at work where one of our servers crashed and the drives had important data. We spent about $4000 to get it back, which I was talented to. If you're willing to go there look on the Yellow pages for a local location.

But you could try some free or inexpensively utilties from a place like download.com

How To Recover Hard Drive Data?

I tempered to a program called testdisk and could view the files. Then when I went back and ran it again, I could only view one unequivocal folder. I really need the data does anyone know why testdisk only shows me one folder now?

Answer: Token your local dealer.too complicated me reckon......

My mac crashed and I would like to get the data off the hard drive. I was quoted 800-1300 from a work online. Too much! Any suggestions?
