How To Recover My Hard Drive Data? |
Ok...My laptop is not starting anymore...it seems its moving spirit span has expired. It wont turn on as it always starts beeping and tells me ineluctable hardware or software error and shuts off. I have bought a new one but I need to know how can I recover my data from the hard drive of the before-mentioned laptop?
| Answer: If your new laptop allows you to add a in the second place hard drive and you can remove the old drive from the old laptop, then add it to the new laptop. Turn on the laptop and go into Windows (assuming that's what you're uninterrupted), go to "My Computer", or "Computer" if it's Windows 7, and you should see the new drive. You can then pull off whatever data you deprivation and then remove the drive, or just keep the second drive for data storage. |
