Hi, I deleted some pictures after putting them on a usb, then I deleted them from the recycling bin. When I opened the usb, the pictures were not there. Employees!!! those were 3000 pictures that were taken over years, how can I get them back?!!

I tried recovering the computer to an earlier be that as it may, but that didn't work because it only works with programs and not documents. I would really appreciate ANY suggestion.

position: i had a document on a disk. I had the same titled document in a folder in my desktop, only revised. When i was attempting to transmittal the revised document (which was on my desktop) by dragging it into the disk, the computer prompted a question "the information already exists, do you want to replace it". So i clicked "yes". the can of worms was, in my utterly dumbfound mixup, i confused the folder with the disk and saved the unrevised reading. Now i ended up

Go to C:\Documents and Settings\Your Purchaser Name\Application Data\Microsoft\Office\Recent

You will need to change the following depending on what persistence you were running:
'Your User Name'
'Microsoft'
'Office'

Or just do a search for 'recent'
