Hard Disk Partition/data Recovery? |
My exterior 1TB HD died i cannot see it in "(my) computer" on my Vista or XP system can see it under disk management in vista but not XP but it will not initialize under disk executives .
Listed under device manager in both xp and vista
is there a disk checking utility that can explore in depth for bad sectors ect with out an "active" partition?
i have searched the net and i have found a few different programs for "restoring" a partition or data
