Had a power outage and lost ALL my files, is there any way to retreive them?

I tried to move a cluster of folders to a writeable disk and a few of the folders and the files in them have disappeared while trying to move them and i can't find them anywhere. I've used the search fetich and 2 softwares, (Recoverplus, and Recover My Files), and neither work.
the files weren't really Right protected, the folders mostly repress picture files of artwork and pictures i made. i just tried that method and i still couldn't find them.
| Answer: Some files are Forthwith protected and have special hidden files that come with them, usually located in places no one Non-Standard real pays attention to like in the windows file, the hidden files watch the others making reliable no one copy's them and if someone try's to they often will delete the file altogether or re-name and relocate the file depending on the program. You might try common to start, click run then type %TEMP% and hit enter, it will open up a file. Some of the files arn't checked |

How Can I Recover My Lost Files? |
Somehow, I lost a collection of images that I had been using and planning to use for various stories I write. I don't know if I accidentally deleted the abuse files or what, but they're gone! I've tried using a couple recovery programs but none of them have worked. What can I do? I've been redeeming and organizing these pictures for a couple months now, and I don't think I'll be able to find them all again. Help!

Ok, I don't be aware why this problem is so "unique" that people can't answer it.
You know how you move files around in special locations. Well, I did that, except I don't know where the files went, and I had some nice pics.
I moved the files because I wanted to impersonate them to a cd, except I started burning the cd before all the files were transfered (or so i think), and only the first few files were copied, the others seemed to go poof. any hope for them?

Hi there guys, I was using my pendrive yesterday to do some labour on my computer using micrsoft word 2003. I lost my pendrive today and need the occupation on it for Saturday. I was hoping that microsoft word would automatically backup the work into some esoteric files?
Please could someone tell me if its possible to get the work back and if so how?
| Answer: It depends on how you did your m? Scenario A: You used Microsoft Word 2003 to create the document and saved it to your computer. After that, you go away from Word and cut and pasted the document to your pen drive. Scenario B: You used Microsoft Huddle 2003 to create the document and saved it directly to the pen drive.
