Well I have a retention card(2GB micro sd) for my phone(a samsung corby). I wanted to sell the phone so I deleted my files from the phone and accidentaly deleted my remembrance card's pics too. I've tried recovering them with various tools including recuva, undelete extra, pc inspector file recovery, and restoration. No luck, the all 'see' the photo's but when I try to recover no luck. In recuva it exactly gets stuck when I click recover, and one of the other programs(can't remember which one) sees
Answer: One opportunity is Testdisk. It's a free DOS based program that I have used in successfully recovering files. It's disentangle, and did the job better in comparison to Recuva.
The other option is Ubuntu Live CD. It's an OS that can run stand-alone from the CD, and can earmark you to browse your drives. However, this helps mainly with PCs/laptops that can't boot properly.

How Can U Retrieve Deleted Files From Over A Month Ago, I Have Tried Few Programs Like Windelete, Didnt Work? |

I do not distinguish which day I deleted them but it was a whole folder of emails. I have used the programs such as winundele, disk doctor, main phoenix file recovery and undelete for windows. None have worked. Can anyone tell me any programs that ACTUALLY work or should I neutral give up and take it to a computer shop.

| Answer: After a while it may not be gifted to recover information deleted. But you can try these undeletes from giveawayoftheday.com and they're all free |

Are There Any Recovery Programs That Recover The File Names As Well? |

At best like the title says, I just lost stuff recovered it, renamed it then fallen it all again have to recover it and I really hate having to rename them all what is the best undelete program that would with any luck have the names intact.

Answer: I downloaded one software. it can reclaim not only the file but also the file name and path. comparing to other softwares, it can specify sub-folder directly to save our duration and energy.

Floppy Disk Data/File Recovery!! HELP!!? |

I demand to recover some files that I have in some floppy disks. I´ve tried several softwares and some of them have worked. Tried Undelete Added to and Recova but none of them worked for me (with Undelete Plus I don´t know why but I only had the option to scan C: drive only, not floppy or any other get at, and Recova found errors and didn´t do anything for me).
The one that worked is Active@ Floppy Recovery 2.0, it showed all my files in the floppy disk! But as it is a demo kind I cannot
| Answer: There are a join of things you can check to ensure that your floppy drive is working. First, check your BIOS to protect that you have the floppy drive enabled and that it is set to the proper type of drive, such as 3.5" 1.44M, if that's the order of drive you have. Second, make sure that the cables are attached inside the instance. If all this is set up properly, then you either have bad floppy disks or your drive is bad. |

I have a urgent photo file, I got it direct from my cellphone camera (automatically saved in Memory Playing-card). But unfortunately I deleted it from my cellphone (Nokia).
I've try some program like undelete plus, disk digger, etc. But it didn't calling.
I think its because I delete it from my Nokia (OS is symbian)
I really wanted to get that photo.

Answer: You can very often better deleted pictures from a camera memory card or USB Memory stick. However, to multiplication the chances of being able to recover pictures after they have been deleted you must not save any new photos, files or observations to it.
