Disaster Recovery Site For 5 Servers?

We have 5 servers holding charge critical application, and non accessible from the internet. Those 5 servers are physically located in the centre east.
We would like to create a Disaster recovery mechanism, so that If the 5 servers go down for some reason, 5 other servers will be up in some other turning up (in north america most probably).

If the Data we are talking about is 60/80 GBs, what would the best transport network be?
We wholly can not use a public network

If you are talking about simple flat files, you could just example them to a second disk to back them up to CD or tapes.

Why Is The Data On A Black Box Not Continuously Transmitted To The Ground?

When a Commute is sent into space ground control is able to constantly monitor every face of the space craft. Why is the data on the black box not transmitted to a ground base and recorded so as to elliminate the need for the recovery of the part after an air disaster?

Answer: My surmise would be too much incoming data to record. Perhaps random or conditional transmission would work.
