WD Password + Mac Data Recovery Issues?

After purchasing a WD My Earmark for my Mac, I transfered 10 GB of data to it, and deleted it from my computer immediately after (retard moment). I stupidly fixed to test WD's Smartware password protection, and after creating a password (entering it correctly twice) for some fucked up object my password doesn't work (on multiple computers). I'm wondering if there is a way to bypass this software, and if not, will data recovery bring back the folders from my computer in their COMPLETE and original

i don't positive what folder i should put my recovered files in and whatever folder i want to place it in the wondershare says that i have to choose a several folder.

Sub Folders Invisible! Cant See Them But Data Recovery Tools Say That They Are Present..They Are Not Hidden?

I stored a polite amount of sub-folders in a folder in a local drive...Now i see that more than half are not visible at all !! However when i used data recovery tools, they say that the folders are still there. When I try to move backups there, a msgbox pops out that the folders are already there and asks to supersede them or not? What has happened and how to resolve it??

P.S- I cant even see them with word, notepad or anything else, They dont have hidden settings checked. I use Win

Answer: chance 1........if ur local drive for example c: means goto c:\document&settings\admin (or else any of ur bottom line name)(click each folder)
you will see the files .whether u hav saved that as notepad or anything else (ex.u may saved that in my documents)...
option 2....... still not decree files means just download software named as AVAFIND (set at liberty download oly)
it is used to search files in rapid speed..

Need Help With Data Recovery !!?

I connected an old hard-headed drive which contains very precious past data,to my new computer. my virus gard(Avira vital) detected more than 1000 viruses in it and moved them to quarantine. now all the data folders of that hard intend are not visible, but "properties" of the hd drive shows very lil fall of tempered to space. I think the data is still there, only the gateways to them are deleted.
is there any way I can recover them. I tried "Research" and "Surch"

Answer: For loose, here is the best way to get some of your files back.

1.) Stop using the hard drive IMMEDIATELY! Do not hang back or create any files on it.
2.) Download Recuva (www.piriform.com/recuva)
3.) Install and run Recuva against the intent disk

Good luck. You won't get them all back, but at least you will have some. If you want them all back, you will have to pay for a professional to do it, or a better program.
