Error Install Recovery Cd Image File Not Found?

clone file not found. I get this error when using recovery CD to reinstall OS on my computer. Any ideas what to do?

Answer: Sounds like a funky disk to me! You might try a unconventional cd drive if you have one, otherwise you will need to purchase a restore disk from the pc mfg.

Hp is sending me a new set of recovery disks in the hopes it will bring back my notebook. Will it work?

Answer: Perhaps the disk just became damaged, and yes it should work.

Iso File Vista Torrent Recovery Cd?

new at this; i downloaded flood ISO recovery cd,when i click on Open,it says windows need to know what program created it, expressly what do i need to do? i wanna burn it to a blank cd,please help,how do i open it,etc

Answer: iso files can be opened with
isobuster ..........this will set apart you to see what is on the disc ....and drag to a new folder if you wish
nero will burn iso images ,,,,so willl windows media sportswoman ,,,,or any burn software program
there are a lot of free programs about
double click to present the file
when asked,,,,,, windows needs to know ...etc
you will be faced with 2 options
1 go online and find one or
2 favoured from a list

Can I Create A Windows Recovery Cd In Ubuntu?

My demanding drive crashed and I am using ubuntu on a cd for an os to get the files off of it. Since I never made recovery disks for my computer, is there a way I can do it now through the ubuntu os? In my mentality those recovery files are still there I just don't know how to get them.

Even though the hard drive crashed, I can still access them at the half a second.

Answer: try booting in protected mode tooo retreive the files no u cant use unbutu to get those files windows and ubutu arent compatible!!!!!!!!!!

ren ntfs.sys ntfs.old) not worked please stop i just formatted the pc n installed quick heal than restarted n i does not need to format it again

Answer: You can do a shape install from the recovery CD. This will copy all the files needed to make windows go directly from the put CD. Just boot the disc, but instead of recover console, tell it to working order an installation of windows.
